Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Fraktal Digital LLC (“Fraktal Digital”, “we”, “us”) collects through fraktaldigital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, send us a message through the contact form.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and your message. If we continue the conversation by email, we also receive whatever you send us there.

Spam and bot checks. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting it. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical details about your browser and device and your IP address. Cloudflare’s use of that data is covered by the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and secure the site. See the Vercel privacy policy.

We don’t use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site, and we don’t ask for payment or other sensitive information through it.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to discuss and provide the services you ask about, and to keep records of our conversations with you. We use the technical data above only to keep the site and the contact form working and free of spam.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. Contact form messages are delivered to us through Cloudflare and stored in our Google Workspace account (email and a spreadsheet of inquiries). These providers handle the data on our behalf and only to provide their services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and related emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, work with you, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by sending us a request through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor those requests where they apply.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
